• Course production and quality (~50%), primarily written content + mock interviews; this includes ingesting lesson feedback and enforcing our content quality bar
• Mock / video pipeline management (~25%), across our CMS and YouTube

• Net-new sales (roughly 70–90% of your time, seasonally adjusted): Own the full sales cycle autonomously: outbound lead generation, qualification, discovery, customized demos and proposals, procurement, and close, targeting tens of deals at $8–20k contract sizes

Take over and advance an active pipeline of university deals from day one
Deliver accurate forecasts and clear pipeline communication to leadership
Innovate on the playbook: identify new target profiles beyond our core university ICP, including AI-workshop expansion opportunities

• The YouTube channel manager runs the production engine, owns video SEO and posting cadence, and thinks like a YouTuber.
• The creator films and publishes a high volume of content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. Think of it as a one-person newsroom meets creator, where you are the person in front of the camera, moving fast and making things people actually want to watch.
