Hi, we’re Trust & Will. We’re making estate planning simple, affordable, & inclusive with a design-first approach and amazing member support. In just over 3 years since launching, we have hundreds of thousands of happy members using our complete suite of products nationwide. We’re enabling every American to create a plan that fits their family, their life, and their legacy. As most of our team is going through major life events for the first time — marriage, kids, buying a home (aka 'adulting') — we discovered that these are the inciting incidents when people first start thinking about estate planning. Yet half of all US adults have still not started the process... WHY? Because estate planning is typically expensive, time-consuming, and antiquated. We decided it was time for a change! We're an ambitious and tenacious group of industry vets, growth hackers, design nerds, & code masters. Our team is united by our shared family values. We care for each other like family, and it's helped us build an incredibly supportive, fun, and innovative culture. We understand that our company and our product is only as great as our team. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and engaged to do meaningful and impactful work.
