True North is a two decade old private equity firm based in Mumbai. We are building a large in house enterprise platform for our workers and portfolio companies. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first private equity firm in the world to attempt a digital transformation. To this end, we are building a platform in house, almost completely from scratch in favour of buying off the shelf components. In our build process, our aim is to use open source technologies and write our own codebase wherever possible. We are looking for a team of passionate and motivated hackers looking to build a high quality system that will be extended and ported over the next five to ten years.
