Engineering Solution Analyst: This role is essential in providing expert technical support across all stages of the customer journey—presales, project execution, and post-sale service. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Technical Support • Provide technical consultations to potential customers, addressing their needs and offering tailored energy storage solutions. • Support the design and customization of standard and non-standard system configurations during the pre-sales process. • Develop technical documentation, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), AC/DC connection sheets, and other design materials for manufacturing and project planning. Commissioning and Installation • Assist and lead on-site commissioning and installation efforts to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet company standards. • Provide on-site technical support to ensure seamless integration of energy storage systems. Cross-Department Collaboration • Partner with sales, marketing, and project management teams to develop technical selling tools, training programs, and project management resources. • Conduct product and technical training for internal teams and customers, enhancing their knowledge and confidence in our solutions. • Participate in design reviews, support project execution, and drive process improvements for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Post-Sales Support • Manage warranty processes and provide troubleshooting expertise to ensure prompt resolution of post-sale issues. • Develop and implement maintenance and repair protocols to uphold system reliability and minimize downtime. • Assist the customer support team in delivering advanced training and technical support to ensure customers can operate and maintain TROES products effectively.
