Independent Business Development Associates (BDA) Industry Type: Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Functional Area: Business Process Management, Outsourcing, Human Resource Employment Type: Part-Time / Full Time – Commission Basis Role Category: Business Development, Sales, Operations Location: Pan India Education UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization, PG : MBA/PGDM in Tourism and Hospitality. Desired Candidate : • Graduate / Post Graduate from an institution of repute. • Should be well versed in Local Language and English. • Minimum 10 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in Tourism sector. • Prior experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, CRM, Salesforce, and implementation. • Ability to use metrics and analytics, read and interpret reports. • knowledge of local Market and the have the connections with local Regional Tourism Fraternity . • Knowledge in MS Office and ERP/HRMS systems. • Prior experience of system implementation and or improvements would be beneficial. • Effective people management and people development skills. Responsibilities: I. Going to the target audience and explain to them about our services in respective region. II. Creating market awareness about our company and the services that we provide. III. Generating new business and revenue by getting new clients /customers. IV. Reach to the target audience via Email and social channels V. Finding out the potential client/ customer and scheduling a meeting with the Authority. VI. Understand and collect information about their current business operations and their needs for Business Solutions on cost optimization. VII. Designing the Project Proposals based on the Client’s requirements based on the category of services and workforce, after consultation with the Centralize team. Plan, organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients. VIII. Co-ordinate and monitor the work with Local Supplier Chain during execution and focus on service quality
