• Work with other Business Development Managers to build and manage a pipeline of clients.
• Prospect and generate quality leads for sales through various online and offline channels.

• Provide first-level and second-level support for application-related issues, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in a timely manner.
• Handle customer queries related to application use and functionality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Conducting quality assurance tests and inspections to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure consistency and reliability in products and services.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the treasury, including in off hours and weekends
• Monitor and analyze positions and move balances to be able to ensure smooth product delivery for our core payouts, collections and ramp products.

• Sourcing new Payment Partners - Local licensed Payment Gateways, Banking partners, OTC desks
• Acquire, build, and maintain relationships with payment partners, while systematically tracking each partner in our system

• Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and optimize existing content.
• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

• Understand customer requirements and feedback
• Design product specs and requirements for a compelling solution / offering and document with the level of detail and robustness required for seamless execution

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department including

Cash receipts & payments
Revenue recognition & accounting
General ledger
Payroll & utilities
Expense planning and management
Budget preparation & variance analysis
Assets reconciliation

• Cash receipts & payments

• Data Crunching and Analysis • Order Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to customer orders to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and analysis by implementing validation and verification processes.
