Trainsweet allows fitness professionals to plan, collaborate and build customized training programs and share them with teams and/or clients.

Our tools reduce the friction for getting training & fitness data from athletes and to the fitness professionals. And athlete app and leveraging fitness device APIs, allow athletes to log both the workouts assigned to them by their coaches and ad hoc workouts performed on their own. Coaches can manage their rosters and automatically individualize each athlete’s training program with poundage for weightlifting, and training paces for swimming, biking and running. Our social network facilitates communication & sharing among our members. Our multi-tenant platform utilizes a single code base to support users with robust roles and permissions.
