Categories and sub- categories will be there under which trainers will be registered. Representatives from corporates will come on website and create account. After creating account they will be able to post requirements and submit it. Then trainers or institutes will contact them accordingly. Trainers can get hired and get paid online through this website. Once any requirements are posted admin will be able to select and send it to trainers registered in particular category. User will be receiving calls or emails by trainers’ offline. Once user shortlist and trainer he will have to hire and on successful training completion, trainers can request to release payments through instamojo payment request module integrated in website.
