• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating risks & challenges
• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows

• Lead from the front by taking initiative, setting the pace for your Sales Managers, and coaching your team to consistently exceed performance expectations.
• Own branch sales, relentlessly push for KPI excellence, and ensure optimal showroom inventory management.

• Respond to incoming requests, coordinate and book service appointments with Trail technicians or 3rd party service providers
• Follow up on existing work orders and check the status on exchanges/authorizations and customer escalations

• Providing Amazing Customer Experiences
• Maintain the In Store Experience Standards

• Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and having a strong community presence.

• Oversee numerous back-of-house departments, including Delivery, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics, and Customer Support.
• Execute the strategic plan in alignment with the company’s goals.

• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets within assigned territory
• Receives and organizes building permits in a timely, logical fashion so as to maximize productivity and daily sales output
