We're hiring mostly engineers, plus one GTM hire. Tech: you'll work on the hard parts of the platform — Aegis (portfolio risk: VaR/CVaR, factor attribution, stress testing, constrained optimization), Vega (an AI research analyst that cites its sources and refuses unsourced claims), walk-forward backtesting with overfitting detection, and Kappa, our versioned point-in-time data lake (2 trillion+ rows, 30,000+ tickers, six asset classes). The interesting problems: making LLMs quantitatively honest, backtests that don't lie, and reproducible data infrastructure exposed to AI agents via MCP. We care about strong fundamentals over specific stacks — quant intuition, systems thinking, and shipping speed matter more than any particular framework. GTM (one role): our first commercial hire. You'll own the funnel from free tier to Pro, Aegis, and fund/RIA plans — positioning, content, and early sales conversations with funds and RIAs who need risk tools they can put their name on. Ideal: you understand both finance-native buyers and product-led growth, and you're comfortable being the entire go-to-market function on day one. Small team, founder-led, deeply technical. You'll ship to production in week one and own whole surfaces, not tickets.
