TradeLynx leverages developments in social networking (think LinkedIn) and peer-to-peer transactions (think EBay) to create online marketplaces for commodities which currently trade only offline, inefficiently and with limited market information. The Metal-Lynx Exchange is our first marketplace.

The Metal-Lynx Exchange (metal-lynx.com) is an online industry marketplace for trading “physical” metals (meaning, for physical delivery, not futures contracts). Producers, traders, processors and industrial consumers of physical metals can find and approve new trading partners; post, negotiate and accept customized bids and offers; and get a real time view of the entire market. All interactions are “many-to-many”, reach the entire marketplace in “one click”, anonymous, and real time.
