Jobs at TraceWay

TraceWay is expanding its remote team to accelerate the development of our Linux powered watches. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are confident in their craft and ready to contribute to a high performance, decentralized environment. As a remote only company, we value individuals who are self directed, hardworking, and deeply trustworthy. We are currently seeking 3D modellers to refine our hardware aesthetics, electronic engineers to optimize our internal circuitry, full stack devs to build out our ecosystem, and marketers to grow our community. Joining TraceWay means working at the intersection of open source software and innovative hardware. Our team members enjoy the flexibility of a remote lifestyle while tackling the technical challenges of bringing a customizable wearable to market. We expect our candidates to take full ownership of their roles, ensuring that every component of the watch reflects our commitment to quality and transparency. If you are passionate about the maker movement and want to build a product that respects user freedom, TraceWay offers a space to innovate with a team of like minded experts. We provide a professional atmosphere where your contributions are measured by results rather than hours at a desk. Each role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to shape the future of wearable technology from anywhere in the world. We encourage applicants to provide a detailed history of their technical projects and a clear vision of how they can enhance the PuppyWatchOS experience. At TraceWay, you will find a culture that rewards grit, honesty, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in engineering and communication.
