We manage our team on Clickup so that our partners can have full access to the development process of their app. We also maintain full transparency with our team members on financial, business, and other matters. 6. Be Constructive: If we sense an argument brewing and it can’t be resolved with a paragraph or two, we encourage you to take a breather and figure out how to be constructive. We believe 99 times out of 100, the solution isn’t far once egos are set aside.
