Since buying or selling real estate is in most cases, the biggest investment or decision a person will ever make in their lifetime, it’s important to work with the most qualified professional. We work with the top 5-10% producing realtors in each market.

Agents pay us a small upfront fee to become a member of our network based on pre-qualifications. They are built out a profile that displays all their information and placed on a nationwide map directory located on our website.They are also advertised through social media and search engine platforms.

Once an agent has success from a referral that we cultivated and qualified, we're owed a fee ranging from 10-20% Broker to Broker gross commission upon a sale at the close of escrow.
