Culture and benefits at Tonsser

We tend to call Tonsser a Danish company, but it's made up of a very diverse bunch of people. About 50% of the team is located near Copenhagen, but less then that are from Denmark. It's important that we empower people by giving them the freedom to execute as they see fit, while giving the appropriate level of sparring along the way. Autonomy and Craftsmanship are the key to being happy when you go home and showing off the things you have been part of building to friends and family.
