We are creating a novel way to invest in Real Estate by using the blockchain. We’re developing ‘Real Estate Tokens’, which grant their holders a share of the profits generated by a portfolio of properties. Compared with current alternatives, transnational costs are very low, and no minimum investment is required. Through the Token Estate Marketplace, participants will invest small amounts in Real Estate as often as they want, and build savings for the long term in a stable asset class.
