Today, Real Estate transactions are conducted in ways which, by and large, have not yet been affected by the recent technology revolution. Investments in Real Estate can only be made through inefficient processes involving multiple intermediaries. For most people, it is unnecessarily costly and complicated to directly or indirectly own Real Estate. As a result, a very large number of retail investors today do not have access to Real Estate investments, which are recognized to be a safe way to build long term savings. We aim to change that with the Token Estate Marketplace. Our vision is to enable, for example, an unbanked bus driver in Jakarta to invest US$10 per month in Parisian Real Estate from the convenience his smartphone.
