ToggleGreen is re-engineering recruiting by bringing job seekers, recruiters and direct hiring managers together in a whole new way.

At its core is the toggle function. This status system identifies work availability. Like a traffic light, job seekers set their ToggleGreen profile to one of the following...

• red for don’t bother me I’m busy.
• yellow for I'm looking soon.
• green for I’m ready, let's talk.

The result: Now recruiters won’t waste their time seeking out candidates who are currently unavailable. And job seekers won’t be disrupted by unnecessary calls, emails and more.

Buckets is another ToggleGreen feature where job seekers can manage data points that define their ideal jobs based on industry, title, trusted recruiters and salary requirement.

Recruiters and hiring managers can organize their buckers to track job seekers against roles they are filling. As well-matched candidates  "toggle green” they have a speed advantage by leveraging immediate access.
