Today I Feel careers

Today I Feel was created with the mission of helping people truly understand their emotions and live happier life.

The pandemic has created a mental health crisis across the world, including for myself. While facing a great deal of depression and PTSD, I realized that:
- Most people hide their feelings
- Most people struggle to articulate how they feel beyond sad or happy
- Most people can’t name their mental state to get the right support

That's why I created Today I Feel, a mobile app that lets people quickly journal their day using text or voice, all done privately.

The app will:
- Detect emotions, signs of mental issues, and circumstances automatically
- Understand if a user is having a good day or a bad day
- Connect user to the right content (podcast, soundscape, meditation, mental exercises)
