TOAST is real time money transfer app that allows migrant workers to remit money back home 24/7 directly from their smart phones without the need to utilise existing banking or remittance infrastructure. Its p2p network of Super Toasters help users who don't live near a remittance outlet or bank branch making the solution widely available even away from traditional financial infrastructure, it just so happens that its also cheap. fast and fun to use.

Our vision is to build an app that provides a solution to local problems on a Global scale. We believe we can make money & finance more democratic, more accessible & easier to use. We want to reduce the current friction of interacting with money for the unbanked. At the same time we leverage technology and design to make things more intuitive. We care deeply about cohort analysis and what our customers want, these two things combined give us high ability to make sure our product direction is always calibrated with our users needs.
