With the pandemic enabling remote work at a scale never possible before, many employees are starting to feel the negative mental health effects of remote work. The first wave of remote innovation was better video conferencing, easier communication tools, and more efficient issue tracking. We believe that the next iteration will be directly solving the human issues stemming from remote and async work. Tivity moves fast - within two months we've already secured our first customers, designed our MVP, and are near closing our first round of funding.
