We are an end-to-end delivery solution. On the one hand, bike courier companies use our software to manage their deliveries. On the other hand, we are a platform which enables our courier partners to acquire customers who they wouldn't be able to reach on their own. We do this by coordinating marketing activities (as many courier companies are too small to have an internal marketing department) & enabling the couriers with new technologies, e.g. online shop integrations (which, again, the couriers are too small to be able to develop on their own).
