We build custom rent structures aligning renter cash flow cycles to rent, support our landlords with an innovative renter engagement platform, facilitate electronic payments and report rent to the credit bureaus to help renters build credit while paying rent in their optimal way.

Till's foundation is to be the best at understanding risk profile of each renter and to use that information to build a platform that places them in the best scenarios to succeed at every step in their rental home and with their landlord. We will continue to build products that support that mission.
