I love that Tildei is a brand new company with a clear vision yet many possible paths to get there. It keeps things fast-paced and dynamic - no two days are the same. While I've only just started, it's already been very rewarding helping shape the company's employer brand while working with a diverse group of personalities and perspectives. If I could tell prospective employees one thing about Tildei, it would be to understand the enormous amount of autonomy and responsibility each employee has to shape the future of the company.
