Customer experience is driven by automated chat which acts both as a concierge and a data gathering to define the customer moments. Based on these customer needs; Tikkr provides a single cover for multiple products and IoT helps to diagnose the object that needs to be insured. Over a period of time daily covers like metro; workout etc. will be protected automatically based on user behavior / patterns, analytics and machine learning.
Our vision is to enable users to buy customized short-duration insurance on the go and over a period of time automate daily moments!
