Medical specialties currently targeted include interventional cardiology, radiology, neuroradiology, neurosurgery, neurology and oncology. The Company’s current product lines address the next frontiers in interventional medicine, advancing treatment of vascular-related disorders and using the body’s vascular system to provide therapy. These products include “contrast-sparing” support/microcatheters, local drug delivery systems, and a patented catheter system and technique for the treatment of ischemic brain injury (e.g., stroke, cardiac arrest, trauma). In addition, the Company’s current R&D product pipeline includes a patented endovascular coil/embolic-agent delivery system to treat brain aneurysms, next-generation angioplasty catheters, a thrombus management catheter, and a novel endovascular myocardial protection system with applications in acute myocardial infarction and cardiac surgery
