The Posture Lab was started in 2017 in Singapore. With a strong focus on 3 pillars of pain, posture and performance. Offering services such as posture analysis, fitness testing, sports massage, performance coaching (corrective and high performance) and introduced recovery massage as one of our latest services. The Posture Lab team is fully composed of Exercise and Sports Science graduates with various backgrounds from sports and performing arts with interest in injury prevention, high performance and pain management. Our vision and mission of The Posture Lab is to spread the message for general health and promotion of long-term wellbeing, educate people about muscle mechanics and body function and create an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone. The Posture Lab has been a registered social enterprise with raiSE for the past 2 years, working with the visually impaired and with plans to expand our services for people with disabilities. The Posture Lab has since registered a subsidiary (Bodynetic Pty Ltd) in Australia as part of our expansion plans to set up studios offering similar services and to continue the work with people with disabilities with plans to franchise the business thereafter. And upcoming plans within Singapore, will be to set up an all inclusive space that will be disability friendly with adaptable equipment that can assist and help all people with disabilities. Thus, by starting the Fit/Health Tech Application to be fully integrative into the studio setting both in Singapore and Australia. With both options for remote training or on location in our studios.
