The Posture Lab careers

Our solution that we wish to develop and deploy for our business is a combination of performance technology and experience and engagement with a focus on coaching assistance (for health, wellness and high performance).

The solution uses on-demand videos with users turning on their video feed to allow for a feedback loop through the use of pose estimation. Using light bands and equipments that can be done at home.

Features that we will have:
• Pose recognition and annotation for correcting movements
• Posture analysis pre assessment to push exercises
• Initial questionnaire to trigger exercises where relevant
• Post program workout feedback to update for next exercise session
• Ability to connect fitness watches to the app (possibility to show heart rates on exercise screen)
• Filtering of exercise programs based on intensity and difficulty
