The Minte hires full-time, W-2 employees, that are assigned to a specific property and offers high quality, consistent, shorter, hotel-style cleans to residents for a fraction of typical housekeeping prices. Residents at Minte- partnered properties can conveniently book through the website, the app, the Minte loT button, or ( coming Spring 2019) via their own home devices. Housekeeping service is provided by the housekeeper assigned to the property, so residents and the property staff come to know them on a fist name basis. Even if a property's housekeeper is booked, the company's density allows for a nearby housekeeper to service apartments as an alternate.
