The Meatless Farm Co. careers

We are a rapidly growing, high aiming, British company that strives to improve people’s health through better eating, whilst supporting the environment and animal welfare. Our company focuses on creating delicious, plant-based products using only the highest quality natural ingredients and showing consumers just how easy it can be to switch your favourite family meals to meatless.

The Meatless Farm was founded in 2016 by Morten Toft Bech. Morten was put up to the challenge by his wife who was fed up of the limited range of meat-free products in the supermarkets. Since then we have developed plant-based mince, burger patty and sausage loaded with taste and texture. Our customer base is a mix of supermarkets, restaurants, food distributors, and potentially a small portion of private label production where we see a strategic fit.
