The LiveWell Foundation (LWF), a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit, believes all people deserve equal access to free and effective support to live well with depression. Our mission is to educate and empower people affected by depression with the skills and peer support needed to transform their own lives. With nearly 4 years of proven success designing and implementing peer-led curriculum and programming in a blossoming grass-roots community enterprise, LWF is ready to scale its services, knowledge, and sustainable model for depression treatment and mental wellness for teens. The LiveWell Program(c) is built around a set of evidence-based strategies proven to help people better monitor and manage moods, disrupt negative thinking, and build socio-emotional toolkits. LWF and its program has been endorsed by Dr. Aaron T. Beck, the Father of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a professor emeritus at the UPenn. Under the guidance of our Director of Education and founding Executive Board Member, Clancy Philbrick, LWF is looking to create a spinoff c-corp, and is seeking a founding partner CTO in exchange for equity.
