The Gifting Co. has developed a highly personalised solution to tackle the pain-points in gift-giving. Through a cleverly designed online form where the giver submits information about the recipient which gives product search cues, The Gifting Co. produces 3 ‘baskets’ (including personalised, multiple gifts all within the giver’s specified price range) from which the giver chooses. The result is a tailored hamper or basket of presents, well presented and delivered to the recipient.

Over time, The Gifting Co. foresees the data captured by their website and the future development of a machine learning engine becoming a key asset and source of additional revenue and improved margins. This data, along with the platform that underpins it, is also seen as potentially enabling The Gifting Co. to provide a B2B white-labelled gifting solution for established retailers and E-commerce players. This is where the the incoming Co-Founder/CTO will have a huge impact on the future of the business.
