Flex was founded with the understanding that the team and culture that were brought together would be the difference between success and failure. The founders started with the aspirational: a mission, vision and set of values. But aspiration was and is not enough; our culture and values act as an operational lens through which we make decisions, do work, and interact with each other. Every high growth company worries about culture dilution. While we understand that with growth comes many challenges, every Flex team member with all the power, responsibility and trust given to any other colleague, represents a fresh perspective regarding what we do and how we do it. Despite what we’ve already achieved, we’re just getting started building the business and culture of our dreams. Tenure is not a meaningful currency here, and neither is title.
