Flex was founded with the understanding that the team and culture that were brought together would be the difference between success and failure. The founders started with the aspirational: a mission, vision and set of values. But aspiration was and is not enough; our culture and values act as an operational lens through which we make decisions, do work, and interact with each other. Every high growth company worries about culture dilution.
