The DApact works on financial inclusion in Cambodia since 2017. We help generally low educated people articulate their financial needs, distribute it to financial institutions serving their area, then choose the best available financing option. Using chatbot and AI (CV / OCR / Speech-to-Text & NLP) we can do this traditionally costly process for near no cost.
Our marketplace Sakam 10 banks in gathers 10 microfinance institutions in Cambodia, including major ones.
The DApact also develops a blockchain protocol for microfinance aiming to improve social capital effective impact, by creating non-custodial bridges between international donors and target beneficiaries, using existing local lenders (MFIs...) as loan lifecycle managers.
