• Dealer Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of current dealer inventory
Track machine availability and coordinate updates with the General Manager
Support inventory planning and allocation to meet dealer and market demands

• Provide advanced assistance to customers on the installation and/or use of the Soft-Pak software. Assist in business applications to ensure the most efficient use of the software and aid with any questions or issues that arise.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 team members when needed and assist with training new team members.

• Design and develop hydraulic systems and components for new and existing products.
• Perform simulations and calculations to ensure system performance and reliability.

• Operate as a key business partner of the operational organizations by providing finance and accounting perspective on business decisions. Drive adherence to annual operating plan.
• Drive operational accountability in financial performance, manage monthly operating reviews and drive financial reporting consistency across the business.

• Be a product and application subject matter expert for the product portfolio with extensive technical product knowledge, jobsite and application knowledge, and competitive and market knowledge,
• Actively gather voice of the customer and market research to inform decision making throughout the product life cycle,

• Lead product launch strategies and execution for new machines and parts programs in North America.

• Inspects and tests prototype, supplier, and production parts and completed products for compliance with specifications and standards
• Conducts inspection and reporting of non-compliance at all stages of production including, but not limited to prototype, pre-production, all assembly stages, and completed units

• Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and the annual operating plan (AOP).
• Maintain financial models and templates used for forecasting and planning processes.
