• Serve as the primary accounting and controllership partner for assigned business clusters.

• Month-end close (journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.) and financial review analysis for multiple ledgers

• Developing Robust Processes, process flow and layout - including incorporating lean methods and ergonomics. Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives- Leading and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing existing manufacturing processes. This includes reducing cycle times, improving yields, lowering scrap rates, and increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance review processes with a strong focus on operational and financial results.
• Analyze performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across operations, helping leaders understand variances and business trends.

• Lead financial analysis for direct materials purchasing by evaluating material spend, supplier pricing, cost drivers, and savings performance.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and actuals to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improved material cost management.

• Support the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial submissions across business units and functions.
• Coordinate forecast cycles, collect inputs, follow up on open items, and help ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• Provide daily onsite quality support across manufacturing areas, working directly with plant teams to assess issues, support process control, and improve product quality

• Reviews scrap to pinpoint problems and recommend corrective action to minimize scrap thereby improving plant performance and risk to customers.
• Responds to customer quality concerns and maintains the required customer-vendor relationship.
