With the plummeting cost of genetic sequencing over the past decade, molecular data is being collected and stored at an exponentially increasing rate; yet we lack the processes and expertise to interpret and analyze this data within the existing healthcare infrastructure. Tempus is a next-generation platform that allows clinicians to more quickly sequence patients i and analyze tumors at a genomic level by algorithmically exploring molecular variants to find clinically significant signals. We collect, store, analyze, and interpret DNA, RNA, proteomic, and epigenetic data through our proprietary data platform.
