At ServiceTitan, we personally built all of the redundancies and deconstructed the voice platform to ensure high quality and near 100% service delivery. Imagine if SaaS companies had to achieve what ServiceTitan achieved? It is a massive effort that requires hundreds of product, engineering, and design hours to achieve. Having been the customer, we built Telgorithm to offer the most out-of-the-box flexibility while allowing our customers to deconstruct the communication stack themselves, if needed.
