People at TELENIMA
I have the privilege of working with people from Portugal and France. Meetings take place in both countries, sometimes in person and sometimes remotely. In Portugal, the French language is not widely used, at least for now, and the French also encounter difficulties when confronted with Portuguese. I must confess that I, too, sometimes struggle with French. The cultures of the two countries are quite different, and that is precisely where the richness lies. This means that the team is composed of individuals with distinct cultures, backgrounds, and skills, which fosters greater critical thinking and enhances the quality of work. I admit that the rigorous recruitment process has ensured highly skilled professionals who are well prepared for this experience, but what stands out most is the team’s unwavering positivity and productivity. It took me some time to adjust at the beginning of our collaboration, but fortunately, some team members are bilingual and bicultural. They step in to support the team and are proactive in addressing any issues that arise. It is precisely these challenges that help create an effective team capable of overcoming obstacles.
