Culture overview

At TechVariable, we don’t follow the traditional ‘Work hour culture’; it's not important to keep a note on who is early to work or who is staying late. If the assigned works are done there is no point in sticking to the desk waiting for office hours to end. This is something we believe in and so far have been effective in developing a healthy working environment. Taking a shift from micromanaging and letting each one in the team to achieve as a team.

Work-from-home friendly

There is autonomy for all our employees to be able to work from home as and when need. In fact, we promote flexible work-culture by offering everyone more than 3+ weeks of WFH leaves.

Team outings

TechVariable believes in celebrating every small accomplishment of the team and of the individuals. We often go out for team lunch and dinners to boost our relationship and acknowledge the close-knit family of our co-workers.

Rural talent development program

TechVariable, being an IT start-up has already generated job opportunities for unemployed youth. Also, we initiated the 'Rural Talent Development Program’ for talented underprivileged students and are successfully carrying the flagship.
