As a company we’re focused on solving the flaws of recruiting, on both sides. The HR department spends a large amount of time looking through initial applicants, which is a waste of their talent and the company’s money. Our service shows the top talent straight away, so you can take those in for an interview and forget the rest. For students we are now giving everyone a chance to work at a large tech company. It no longer matters if you graduated from MIT, or from a community college. If the skill level is the same, it’s all about culture fit.  The Techpear team consists of 4 people, all working full time.  We’re a marketer, developer, designer and operations. Currently all male, so female applicants are a plus as we’d like to have a diverse team. On a day-to-day basis you’ll find us sharing nerdy and humorous content on Slack.  We’re also very focused on transparency so no questions are off limits.  You’ll be a good fit if you’ve worked in a startup before; you’re competitive and describe yourself as a socially awesome geek. Internally we all burn for self-improvement,  whether it’s through reading or working out.
