TeamStats HQ is the unified platform that replaces all of it. We bring team management, communication, scheduling, player development, and program operations for any sport — plus deep sport-specific intelligence layers starting with basketball: live scorekeeping, play-by-play analytics, shot charts, lineup analysis, personalized training, and performance recommendations. Additional sport-specific modules will roll out progressively across the platform.

What makes this hard — and defensible:

We're building real-time scorekeeping that captures play-by-play data and converts it into instant coaching intelligence. We're designing a configurable sport framework that handles fundamentally different competition structures — basketball games, swim meets, golf rounds, track meets, wrestling duals — inside one extensible architecture. And we're building a multi-persona platform where coaches, players, parents, and administrators all access the same underlying data through completely different experiences tailored to what they actually need.
