Teach to Run careers

Runners want to run. Aspiring runners just want to run. They don't want to spend countless hours researching injury prevention, stretching, diet, motivation, what workouts to do and in what order, what to wear, what shoes are the best, etc. etc.

I take my 20 years of trial and error on myself, thousands of hours of reading and interaction with runners, to guide runners of all abilities to realize their dreams wether it be completing one mile or a marathon or losing ten pounds.
