We’re currently hiring for two key roles that will directly shape the future of Tcules—senior UX/UI designers and business development professionals. These aren’t just jobs; they’re ownership-driven roles where your thinking, decisions, and execution will directly influence our clients and our company. ⸻ 1. Senior UX/UI Designer Location: Ahmedabad (in-office) Experience: 3–6 years Salary Range: ₹10L – ₹18L (based on experience and portfolio) Who we’re looking for: A self-driven, hands-on designer who can independently lead client projects—from research and IA to high-fidelity UI and handoff. You’re someone who can think like a product owner, communicate like a strategist, and design like a craftsman. Must-haves: • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong UX foundation • Ability to conduct UX research and make product decisions • Experience working directly with clients in English • Bonus if you can code your own designs (but not mandatory) • Deep curiosity about how AI is reshaping product design ⸻ 2. Business Development Professional (Tech Services) Location: Ahmedabad (in-office) Experience: 3–5 years Salary Range: ₹8L – ₹15L + incentives Who we’re looking for: A sharp, articulate BD pro who understands the nuances of design, development, and tech services—and can turn that understanding into meaningful conversations, qualified leads, and long-term relationships. Must-haves: • Experience in outbound sales, especially in SaaS or tech services • Ability to craft custom pitches, not just recycle templates • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, LinkedIn • Strong verbal and written English communication • Hunger to build pipeline, not just respond to it
