Quality Assurance & Product Testing
● Perform end-to-end testing of the product, covering all major modules, workflows,
integrations, and user scenarios.
● Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new
features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
● Identify, document, reproduce, and track bugs with clear steps, expected results, actual
results, and supporting evidence.
● Validate every product change before release to ensure existing functionality is not
affected.
● Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and test documentation.
● Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, clarify requirements, and verify fixes
before deployment.
● Ensure the product delivers a consistent, reliable, and user-friendly experience across
different modules.
