Tandem is a coaching and mentorship platform for startups. We connect startup employees to mentors who have been in their shoes before. Our mentors were operators at the earliest stages at companies like Stripe, Lyft, and Impossible Foods. Companies tell us their team’s employee development needs and our tech matches them with mentors based on industry, experience, company stage, and demographics. We focus on near peer matching to ensure the mentor can relate closely to the challenges the mentee is facing. Tandem records progress against company KPIs to show the ROI of mentorship.
