Talnir careers

Talnir is a specialist email reliability practice for European agencies and SMEs. We manage the infrastructure layer: email platform setup and migration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DMARC monitoring and policy progression, transactional delivery, and outbound sending infrastructure. Four services, each scoped and priced publicly.

The model is straightforward. Clients own their domains, provider accounts, inboxes and tools, and pay providers directly. We design, configure, monitor and maintain it, with documented access and recovery paths. No shared IP pools, no reseller lock-in, no infrastructure held hostage if you leave.

Monitoring runs continuously and automatically. Human support runs 09:00–17:00 Europe/Bucharest, with extended and emergency coverage available as an add-on. When authentication drifts, a queue backs up, a provider throttles or a domain gets listed, we diagnose it, fix what's in scope and coordinate with the provider.

We work with lead gen agencies, B2B companies with SDR teams, recruiters, and SaaS teams running outbound, plus companies whose transactional email (resets, invoices, OTPs) has to arrive. The common thread: email is load-bearing, and failure has a direct cost in missed meetings, burned domains and support tickets. Those problems are measurable, which means the fix is too.
