Tallinn Business Incubators (TBI) careers

Tallinn Business Incubators (TBI) was established in 2006 by the City of Tallinn with the aim of offering support measures to sustainable start-up businesses with an export potential. Today, TBI operates three business incubators with a total area of ca. 2500 m2: Creative, Ülemiste and Kopli.
The mission TBI of is to provide a supportive environment for young teams to improve their business competence.
All teams wishing to join the incubator will have to participate in a basic business training course and put together a business plan. The latter is evaluated by a group of experts who will also provide detailed feedback. To develop their business, teams can use the help of the in-house coaching team as well as the external mentor network. There is an opportunity to rent offices, studios and showrooms. With additional financial support from the incubator, incubees have the opportunity to further their professional skills on training courses and workshops of their choosing.
