Talkiatry is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product Design to lead and grow our product design team. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping the end-to-end design of our consumer-facing booking flows, patient portal, provider software, and internal operational tools.

• Help establish and scale Talkiatry’s FP&A operating cadence, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Own and continuously improve forecasting and performance reporting, including variance analysis, insights, and executive-ready reporting.

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners

• Define where AI creates durable impact across the patient and clinician journey, and build the multi-year strategy to get there.
• Translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, success metrics, and business cases that align Product, Engineering, and Operations around shared priorities.

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines and Python services running on AWS (Lambda, ECS)
• Develop and maintain dbt models in our Snowflake warehouse, with thoughtful tests and documentation

• Lead product strategy and execution for internal platforms and tooling that support Talkiatry’s clinical and operational workflows
• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for operational systems, workflow orchestration, and internal platform capabilities

• Identify growth opportunities for the Product teams by analyzing data and understanding patient behaviors.
• Help Product teams maximize impact, by working wtih PMs and engineers to understand costs and constraints, while looking at underlying data and making reasonable assumptions to size opportunities.

• Build and maintain clean, scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and reporting using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements and insightful data products

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 BI professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
• Build, evolve, and maintain our analytics engineering standards and products including our data model repository and self-service analytics infrastructure to maximize usability and data trust.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Talkiatry’s IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing operational excellence, automation, and security.
• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee enterprise IT systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, and collaboration tools. Ensure reliable and secure operation across all business systems and devices.

• Build and maintain clean, scalable data models and pipelines to support marketing analytics and reporting using tools like Snowflake, DBT, and Databricks
• Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements and insightful data products

• Define and lead the AI roadmap across experimentation, model evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
• Architect systems to support safe and scalable LLM interactions—including prompt chaining, memory retention, and RAG pipelines.

• AI Strategy, Product Management & Infrastructure
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define Talkiatry’s long-term AI infrastructure strategy, ensuring interoperability across platforms (Genesys, ServiceNow, Talkiatry core platforms, Snowflake, LLMs)

• Proactive Insights & Storytelling
• Identify growth opportunities for the Product teams by analyzing data and understanding patient behaviors

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for all consumer-facing products, including our Patient Portal, mobile app, and pre-care journey ("Start to Visit")
• Lead and grow a team of product managers (initially two) and a dedicated data scientist, while collaborating closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and clinical partners
