Imagine what would have happened if Kevin Durant didn't rupture his Achilles during the 2019 NBA championship series? Where do you think Derrick Rose would be today if he didn't tear his ACL back in 2012? Could Kerry Wood have been one of the best Starting Pitchers of all times if it wasn't for his UCL injuries? Where would the New York Giants be if Saquon Barkley had been able to stay on the field for the last three seasons? All of these are non-contact injuries. They are a result of strain & fatigue and we truly believe they could be avoided. Injuries are a losers game - players lose their careers, teams lose their championships and fans lose their heads over them. true, they are a part of the game, but they don't have to be that prevalent. We keep pushing athlete performance to new heights. We want them to break limits, shutter records, give a 1000% at all times - but we need to be smarter about it. In other words, we want athletes to BREAK LIMITS. NOT BONES.
